Mechanical Contracts Manager - Life Science & Data Centres

Leo Lynch is expanding and seeks a Mechanical Contracts Manager who is a self-starter, well organized with strong management skills to anticipate issues and develop contingency measures. You will manage multiple mechanical contracts, coordinate with design and engineering teams, conduct site visits, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role requires 10+ years in Mechanical HVAC and experience on Life Science or large-scale semiconductor/Data Centre projects.
