Assembly Operative Engineering Leicester Immediate Start Permanent Opportunity

Are you an experienced Mechanical Assembly Operative with experience of working within an engineering business?

Are you thinking about looking at a new opportunity within a recently purchased company who are moving to larger, new and improved facilities?

I am working with a well established Leicester company who have been recently acquired by a much large organisation. Due to investment and exciting future plans they are now expanding their operations in Leicester by adding new people and moving into a new larger premises

The Role (2 x People required)

• Assembling engineered and machined components to make final assemblies
• Work to job cards and engineering drawings
• Ensure all parts are assembled correctly
• Ensure all are labelled and stored correctly to avoid damage
• Able to work as an individual or a team
• Clean and polish parts before they are packed

About You

• Proven experience of working in an assembly/fitting role within Engineering or Manufacturing company (not POS)
• Ideally have some qualifications within an engineering discipline (C&G/NVQ)
• Excellent communication skills
• A right first time and conscientious approach to work
• Counterbalance FLT License (not essential)
