Meat Production Assistant at Woodlands Farms Butchers Limited

The work is hands-on and physical. You will be working on your feet in a chilled food preparation area and lifting trays or boxes of meat. In return, you will benefit from early finishes every day and the chance to learn new skills within the butchery trade.

• Prepare and pack meat orders
• Weigh, portion and label products
• Vacuum pack products ready for delivery
• Help the butcher team with daily preparation
• Move stock and trays in the chilled area
• Follow food safety and hygiene rules at all times

• Is fit and physically capable
• Is reliable and able to start work early in the morning
• Works well as part of a team
• Is keen to learn new skills

Experience in kitchens, food preparation, hospitality or similar work is helpful but not essential. Training will be provided.
