This 12-month FTC, full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving commercial performance and mentoring a high-performing team in a luxury environment. You will translate commercial objectives into KPI targets, plan strategic initiatives with stakeholders, align schedules with sales plans and ensure safe, compliant operations while championing the Nespresso brand and guest service
