Job Description
  • Lead fundraising efforts across APAC and global markets, targeting UHNWIs, family offices, private banks, and institutional investors
  • Develop and execute investor outreach strategies, pitchbooks, and performance updates
  • Manage post-investment communications and reporting for LPs
  • Coordinate DDQs, RFPs, and investor onboarding with internal teams
  • Represent the fund at conferences, investor meetings, and roadshows
  • Track deal flow and portfolio performance for investor updates and committee reviews
  • Collaborate with investment and risk teams to ensure transparency and alignment in reporting
  • Support strategic initiatives including fund structuring, cross-border marketing, and regulatory compliance
The Successful Applicant
  • Solid experience in investor relations, fundraising, or capital formation within asset management, private credit, or private equity
  • Proven track record of raising capital across both private wealth and institutional channels
  • Strong understanding of alternative investments, especially private credit and structured products
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (Cantonese a plus)
  • Familiarity with APAC investor landscape, especially Greater China, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; CFA or CAIA preferred
