MCR Technician / Automation Engineer

The position is field-oriented, technical, and has a strong analytical dimension, and the technician will intervene on various projects: tertiary, industrial, public, or hospital buildings, and participate in all stages of an MCR system, from study to commissioning. This role requires a rigorous, autonomous, solution-oriented profile, with a solid understanding of HVAC and building systems. MissionsKey Responsibilities1. Technical StudiesEstablish the list of points according to the plans, diagrams, and requirements of the project. Carry out the functional analysis of HVAC and sequence to select sensors and control devices. Install the selected equipment on the networks according to the defined functionalities. Integrate equipment into the communication networks and configure communication protocols: BACnet, Modbus, KNX, LonWorks, etc., and verify logics, alarms, sequences, and loops.2. Testing & CommissioningConduct on-site point tests and verify the conformity of settings, adjustments, and corrections before commissioning MCR systems and support the startup of installations. Identify anomalies, propose solutions, and adjust parameters.3. Supervision & ConfigurationSupervise and configure BMS / BCS systems, develop graphics, alarms, historical records, and dashboards. Collaborate with project managers, electricians, and technical leaders.Profile RequirementsGood understanding of HVAC and their integration within MCR systems. Knowledge of communication protocols: BACnet - KNX - LonWorks - etc. Experience in BMS / BCS supervision. Reading and interpretation of electrical and HVAC diagrams. Knowledge of Schneider Electric EBO: a significant asset. Personal QualitiesAutonomy, rigor, reliability. Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills. Comfort in technical environments and clear customer service. Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks in parallel.
