If so Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust are looking to appoint an ambitiousandcompassionateMatron for our Community Children's Service;to ensure that children and young people get the best possible care and treatment when accessing services.

The Community Children'sNurseServiceprovidespecialist services for; Continuing Care,Community Children'sNursefor short intervention & chronic conditions(SICC),Diabetes, Epilepsy, Special Educational Needs team(SENT)and virtual ward.

Main duties of the job

You will:

Qualifications

  • Evidence of performance management; PDRs, supervision,
  • Experience of recruitment
  • Experience of sickness absence management
