Crowborough September 2026 Start £30-£35 per Hour

Are you an experienced Maths Teacher or Tutor looking for a rewarding evening role? We are working with a well-established tuition provider in Crowborough who is seeking a dedicated Maths specialist to join their team from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with small groups of motivated students, helping them develop confidence, strengthen their mathematical understanding and achieve their academic goals in a supportive learning environment.

Every Monday Evening:

• 4:45pm - 5:45pm: Lower KS3 (Years 7 & 8)
• 5:45pm - 6:45pm: Upper KS3 / Early GCSE (Years 9 & 10)
• 6:45pm - 7:45pm: Year 11 GCSE

Teachers will be responsible for planning engaging lessons and preparing their own teaching resources to meet the needs of each group.

• Competitive hourly rate of £30-£35 per hour
• One additional paid hour each week for lesson planning and administration
• A consistent Monday evening timetable
• Small class sizes with engaged learners

• Has excellent knowledge of the KS3 and GCSE Maths curriculum
• Has experience teaching or tutoring secondary-aged students
• Can deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire confidence
• Is organised, reliable and passionate about student achievement
• Holds an Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service, or is willing to obtain one
