Are you a dedicated Maths Teacher looking for a full time role in the Spalding area from September? Justteachers is working with a well regarded and supportive secondary school in Spalding seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Maths specialist to join their team for the new academic year.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maths Teacher or a confident ECT who is passionate about delivering high quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4. The school offers a positive teaching environment, a collaborative staff team, and strong leadership support.

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching KS3 and KS4 Maths, with scope to contribute to curriculum planning.
• Delivering engaging, well structured lessons that support all ability levels.
• Tracking, assessing, and supporting pupil progress effectively.
• Creating a positive and purposeful classroom environment.
• Involvement in wider school life, enrichment, and department development.

Pre requisites

• A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience teaching Secondary Maths.
• Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom management.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to raising student achievement.
• Two recent references and an enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
