Maths Supply Teacher, Sheffield, until end of year

A large, vibrant secondary school easily accessible from Rotherham/North Sheffield is seeking an additional Maths teacher to support their school, teaching both KS3 and KS4 classes until the end of the school year.

In this role you will:

Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging, and differentiated mathematics lessons that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles.

Assessment and Feedback: Design and administer assessments, mark student work promptly, and provide constructive feedback to support academic progress.

Student Support: Identify students who need additional support and provide targeted interventions or refer them to appropriate support services.

Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, discipline, and a love for learning.

In return, you will join a department consisting of both long-term career professionals, and a handful of recently qualified teachers.

The school are seeking a teacher who:

• Holds UK qualified teacher status
• Is living in or within a commutable distance of Rotherham
• Is available to start work in the middle of June 2025.

A permanent position may become available for September for a suitable and interested applicant.
