Job Description

To organise all materials pertaining to operational effectiveness of ASL Airlines by both system and relationship management.

  • Purchase aircraft parts to meet Routine, Critical and AOG requirements to support the Airlines Operations
  • Chase outstanding orders with suppliers to meet required deadlines
  • Build working relationships with existing and new suppliers
  • Ensure cost effectiveness in all areas of the logistics support functions
  • Keep data up to date within the stock control system
  • Comply with the requirements of the ASL MMOE and relevant Engineering procedures
  • Conduct periodic stock checking for accuracy and financial reporting; check and validate invoices relating to goods and services purchased
  • Maintain competence on the basis of continued education and training in their area of responsibility. The company will facilitate this process.
