Materials and Logistics Team Leader

Work for Waukesha Bearings, a part of Dover Precision Components, and you will join a highly successful manufacturing plant based in Polmadie, Glasgow, where we produce and supply made-to-order mechanical components to customers globally. Our products consist of customised fluid-film bearings, seals and isolators. Typical applications are for industrial rotating and turbo machinery, marine vessels oil & gas and petro-chemical processing. The Materials & Logistics Team Leader coordinates the Goods Inward and Shipping Functions, ensuring all incoming materials and outgoing finished goods are processed accurately, safely and on time, to support production and customer delivery requirements, acting as the key point of contact for the customer to ensure a smooth and effective service delivery. What You Will Bring:Established knowledge of international shipping protocols across all freight modes, including application of Incoterms, commodity codes, and tariff classifications.
