Matchday Welfare & Inclusion Advocate (Casual)

AFCB Sydney Supporters Group is seeking a Matchday Welfare Team member to help create a safe and inclusive environment at the Vitality Stadium. You will assist with crowd management, respond to safeguarding concerns, and support disabled attendees on matchdays.

The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a flexible approach to working hours. Training in safeguarding and mental health support will be provided. Join us in promoting a welcoming atmosphere for all supporters.
