As Matchday Hospitality Staff, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. From greeting customers to serving food and drinks, you'll ensure every visitor enjoys a first-class hospitality experience on matchdays.

What you'll be doing

Provide excellent front-of-house service, greeting and assisting guests

Serve food and beverages in lounges, boxes, or hospitality areas

Support with setting up and clearing down hospitality areas before and after events

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all service areas

Work as part of a team to deliver a smooth and professional matchday service

Follow health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines at all times

Respond to guest needs quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience

Previous hospitality, catering, or customer service experience (desirable, but not essential)
