Up to £40,000 basic salary (DOE) plus overtime and performance bonuses

Monday to Friday working week, 8:30am - 5:00pm - 1-in-3 Saturdays paid at an overtime rate

• Conduct complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of modern vehicles.
• Lead technical projects within the workshop and support junior technicians.
• Ensure all work is completed to main dealer standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Advise service advisors and customers on technical issues and repair options.
• Maximise upsell opportunities on repairs and parts.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and technical work performed.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and promote customer satisfaction.

• Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Current MOT licence.
• Extensive diagnostic experience with modern vehicle technology.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
• Professional, customer-oriented approach.
• Full UK driving licence.
