The roleAs a Department Manager, you own the performance and daily leadership of your department. You drive sales through product, standards and service - while developing a confident team that can deliver consistently in a premium environment.
You'll be hands on on the shopfloor, using KPIs and product insight to set priorities, coach performance and keep the department looking and feeling exceptional.

- Analyse performance and product to set clear daily actions for the team
- Deliver a premium customer experience through strong service and product knowledge
- Maintain excellent presentation, availability and department routines
- Coach, develop and support your team through clear feedback and training
- Partner with VM/Operations to ensure flow, replenishment and standards are consistent
- Support compliance with Health & Safety, security and store procedures
- Champion Inditex sustainability initiatives through daily ways of working
