The Role

We're looking for a skilled and passionate Massage Therapist to deliver exceptional treatments and enhance our members' wellbeing. You'll use a tailored approach to provide a range of massage therapies, ensuring every client leaves feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and refreshed.

You'll play a key role in building the Being brand-promoting the benefits of regular massage, supporting your team, and contributing to a positive, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality massage treatments in line with protocols, timing, and standards
• Provide personalised treatments focused on client needs and wellbeing
• Maintain clean, welcoming, and fully prepared treatment rooms
• Ensure accurate client records and consultation checks are completed
• Promote and rebook treatments to support member retention and sales targets
• Support front-of-house operations when required
• Maintain excellent hygiene, professionalism, and teamwork at all times
• Follow all health & safety, COSHH, and compliance procedures

What We're Looking For

• Qualified and experienced Massage Therapist - Massage/Beauty qualification NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Strong customer focus with a passion for wellbeing and complementary therapies
• Professional, reliable, and able to work flexible shifts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
