Marketplace Operations Associate

We're looking for a Marketplace Operations Associate to join our London team. This is a foundational role at the heart of our marketplace business. You'll manage the day-to-day operations of our marketplace accounts (Amazon, TikTok & Walmart) while identifying opportunities to automate processes and build new systems. As the company grows, your responsibilities will expand alongside it.

A bit about the role

• Take full ownership of daily marketplace management, including listings, account health, inventory monitoring, and managing account managers or contractors to ensure optimal performance.
• Lead and continuously improve key revenue-driving processes such as product launches.
• Audit existing processes and implement automation to reduce manual work and improve speed.
• Expand our SOP library and create systems that improve efficiency and scalability across the team.
• Develop, maintain, and share reports to keep the wider team informed on marketplace performance.

A bit about you:

• Take responsibility for key metrics, address issues proactively, and implement processes to prevent recurring mistakes.
• Comfortable with data analysis, spreadsheets, and learning new tools; able to spot small errors that others might miss.
• Excited by process improvement, automation, and using AI to optimise e-commerce operations.
• Take initiative, act quickly, and test creative solutions.
• Experience building, improving, or using AI to drive impact
