About the Role


We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will design and execute engaging marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, create compelling visual and written content, and support our advertising efforts across all brands in the Mayten Group portfolio. You will play a key role in growing our audience, boosting brand awareness, and supporting our business development goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design eye-catching marketing materials and digital assets (graphics, presentations, social visuals, ads, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and schedule content across our social media channels to drive engagement and follower growth.
  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to support lead generation and brand campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, events, and sponsorship campaigns with tailored marketing assets.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize content and ads.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and suggest new ideas to reach and engage our target audience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, and/or advertising.
  • Design skills with proficiency in tools like Figma or Canva.
  • Hands-on experience creating and managing social media content for brands.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
