Marketing Services Specialist -Pharma

Marketing Services Specialist - Pharma vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

• ICE Transformation Roadmap: Deliver key capabilities for the ICE architecture, including right customer, right content, right CX journey, right investment, and right insights for Wave 2 brands and countries by the end of H2 2025
• Content Enablement: Provide comprehensive support for content enablement, including the development and implementation of content tagging taxonomies and the enhancement of content performance and insights
• Training and Documentation: Finalize the Wave 1 and 2 training plans and provide necessary documentation and inputs for dashboard finalization
• Onboard new Waves key stakeholders and integrate required inputs into content insights key enabling blocks (eg, brand-specific values into to taxonomy)
• Taxonomy and Channel Expansion
• Define and validate business requirements for expansion of taxonomy to integrate new channels
• Trigger discussions for data and platform readiness analysis and enablement
• Activate new insights based modus operandi by driving the regular review of content insights dashboard, define learnings and ST/MT recommendations
• Support the ICE Content Insights project by enhancing content performance and insights through taxonomy and tagging. This includes onboarding new brands and countries, and working with systems like Veeva Vault, Veeva OnCore, and ShamanGo.
• Ensure dashboard fruition for ICE Wave 1 content performance tracking
• Plan/design for the future (eg, expand to campaign view, embed correlation modelling, drive dashboarding convergence)

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience in content insights and taxonomy development.
• Strong understanding of content tagging and taxonomy principles.
• Experience with systems like Veeva Vault, Veeva OnCore, and ShamanGo.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with MarTech tools and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
