To lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The Marketing Manager will oversee campaigns across digital and traditional channels, manage a team, and collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO, events).
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to improve ROI.
• Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
• Brand & Content
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee content creation for blogs, newsletters, ads, and promotional materials.
• Analytics & Reporting
  • Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform future strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIM, Google Ads) are a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven success in campaign management and team leadership.

Skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, CMS).
