  • You'll be responsible for delivering category advertising activity, from creative development and campaign management to final execution specifically relating to AUM growth

What you'll do

As a Marketing Lead, you'll be developing marketing communications plans and overseeing the implementation of all promotional activity, advertising, media, public relations and events management for AUM strategies and briefs to deliver against the priorities of the business segment and achieve desired outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing media plans tomake sure they deliver against the brief
  • Approving content to make sure it complies with our creative strategy and principles
  • Embedding local community support programmes into the organisation to support brand reputation objectives
  • Delivering events programmes across the relevant business operations to the highest standard
  • Managing your team and maintaining strong relationships with external organisations, agencies, internal and external stakeholders
The skills you'll need

You'll work with professionalism and integrity, with the ability to represent the organisation, both internally and externally and up to executive level.

You'll also demonstrate:

  • Deep understanding of different asset classes ranging from discretionary multi asset class portfolios, specialist deposit products and advisory solutions for the HNW/UHNW target segment
  • Broad market knowledge of the competitor landscape, who we should benchmark to and identify best practice
  • Marketing planning and delivery experience specifically relating to AUM growth
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills
  • The ability to manage changing priorities and remain focused on key deliverables against demanding timeframes
