  • Coordinate internal teams, external partners, agencies, and suppliers.
  • Maximise ROI through integrated pre-event, on-site, and post-event campaigns.

Reporting, Insights & Optimisation

  • Own marketing reporting and analysis, tracking performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Deliver clear insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Use data to continually optimise campaigns, budgets, and channel mix.

Tools, Systems & Process

  • Support the development and scaling of marketing processes, tools, and best practice.

Key qualifications and capabilities:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a marketing management role.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong experience managing product launches and lifecycle marketing.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; video tools desirable).
  • Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and MRM platforms.
  • Strong commercial understanding, with examples of applying this to marketing strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience within Pro Audio, MI, or creative technology industries.
  • Experience scaling a marketing function to support business growth.
  • Understanding of audio production, live sound, or music technology markets.
