Marketing Executive

Fresh is looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to support our talented Marketing Managers and wider team in delivering impactful campaigns that drive engagement and support the successful lease-up of our properties.

As a brand ambassador for both Fresh and our property portfolio, you'll help shape our marketing approach, ensuring all content and campaigns are on-brand, engaging, and compliant with advertising standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Social Media Management: Own the day-to-day running of our social channels, driving engagement and brand awareness across Fresh and our properties.
• Content Creation: Craft compelling blog posts and social media content that resonates with our audience.
• Website Coordination: Liaise with our website agency to raise cases for improvements and carry out updates and changes.
• Awards Support: Assist with gathering information for industry award submissions.
• Reporting & Insights: Produce reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders, showcasing marketing activity and performance.
• Programme Delivery: Support the development and execution of Fresh's Belong programme.
• Creative Briefing: Brief and proof artwork with our Graphic Designer, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and effectiveness.
• Campaign Execution: Assist in the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns for selected properties and wider Fresh initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring: Flag concerns around lettings performance linked to marketing activity or budget constraints.
• Marketing Activation: Execute on- and offline campaigns, promotions, communications, and events across a selection of properties.
• Strategic Projects: Contribute to projects that enhance our product offering, brand, and marketing strategy.

You'll bring previous experience as a Marketing Assistant, Executive, or in a similar role, with hands-on exposure to multi-channel campaigns across content, digital platforms, and websites. With strong copywriting and content creation skills, you're confident using a range of marketing tools and platforms. A creative thinker at heart, you enjoy contributing fresh ideas to the team and thrive in a collaborative environment. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you're adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work.
