Marketing Executive

The British Red Cross is on the lookout for passionate and talented individual to join our dynamic Brand Engagement and Marketing team to work on high profile brand activities throughout the year. We're looking for an experienced Marketing Executive with a passion for brand and the charity sector.

A day in the life of our Marketing Executive (Brand Activation) will involve:

• Supporting the development and execution of brand activations to enhance our reach, relevance and impact. Through brand activation and visibility, you'll help bring the brand proposition and unique selling point (USP) to life for our audiences.
• Working across teams you'll ensure brand activations engage new and existing audiences, contributing to ambitious income targets and broader marketing goals.
• Delivering multi-channel marketing activity, owning timelines, working with a variety of teams and internal clients across the organisation to manage our brand activities and our broad range of services.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders and internal colleagues.
• Assisting with coordination of logistics for activation events (booking venues, confirming delivery of materials etc) and collating / organising assets (quotes, photos, templates etc).

To be a successful Marketing Executive (Brand Activation), you'll need:

• Experience supporting with multi-channel campaigns and working with creative teams to create effective promotional assets.
• Excellent Brand Activation project coordination and marketing experience.
• Time and priority management skills. Ability to prioritise tasks in a changing environment.
• Ability to create reports, monitor budgets. Analyse trends and produce high quality presentations.
• To be used to working in a fast paced, collaborative and deadline driven environment and have proven experience of working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confidence working with IT /software, especially with Excel.
