Job Description
The Role We're looking for a Marketing Effectiveness Manager to own and embed a data-driven marketing strategy for IG UK and Ireland across acquisition, retention and brand. Sitting within the Performance and Lifecycle team, you'll own key measurement projects such as marketing mix modeling (MMM), attribution and incrementality testing. Build and maintain marketing effectiveness dashboards and reporting that enable stakeholders to track performance, understand channel dynamics, and make data-driven optimization decisions (e.g. channel level marginal CAC)Contribute to the strategic narrative around marketing effectiveness, presenting insights to senior leadership and influence investment decisions to achieve set targets What You'll Need For This Role Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing effectiveness or econometrics, ideally within financial services, fintech, or ecommerce. Strong working knowledge of marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and incrementality testing methodologies. Proven ability to work with large datasets and complex analytical challenges. Experience working across multiple marketing channels including paid search, display, social media, finfluencers, affiliate, and ATL, with understanding of their unique measurement challenges. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to present complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence decision-making at senior levels. Experience building scalable measurement processes and frameworks that drive consistency across teams.Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work effectively across Marketing, Data Science, Analytics and Data Engineering teams.
