Role Overview

As Marketing Director, you will be responsible for positioning our company as the established partner in precision motion technology. You will develop and implement a clear marketing vision, manage brand strategy, and execute demand generation campaigns targeting international B2B markets. Working closely with the CEO and the R&D department, you will translate complex technical innovations into clear, compelling value propositions. Xeryon has a unique market approach, as it runs an industrial B2B business as marketing driven as an FMCG company. There is a digital only strategy with a strong focus on videocontent.
