Marketing Coordinator / Recruitment Resourcer - Galway City, Ireland (Part-time)

Are you organised, creative, and ready to make an impact in recruitment marketing? We're looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator / Recruitment Resourcer to support the hiring of healthcare professionals.

This role combines social media marketing, candidate attraction, and recruitment support in a fast paced environment.

The Role
  • Promote job vacancies through social media channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Create engaging content and posts to attract top talent.
  • Support the recruitment team with candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records in line with GDPR and internal policies.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks across marketing and recruitment initiatives.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and job boards for recruitment.
  • Experience in marketing, recruitment, or administrative support.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Must have the right to work in Ireland.
Hours & Benefits
  • Part-time: flexible hours, approx. 15-20 hours per week.
