About Us:

We're on the lookout for a data-savvy and proactive Marketing Campaign Manager to architect and execute high-impact campaigns that fuel pipeline growth and sales conversion. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with operational skills and a knack for cross-functional collaboration-particularly with Sales-to drive results from top-of-funnel awareness all the way to close.

With a sharp eye on performance and a constant drive for innovation, you'll lead the planning, rollout, and optimisation of marketing campaigns, ensuring every initiative meets KPIs and supports scalable growth.

Location: London (hybrid)

Reporting to: VP Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities:Campaign Execution & Alignment
  • Lead end-to-end campaign operations, from concept to execution
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to align campaign e ff orts and monitor conversion metrics
  • Identify opportunities to streamline work fl ows and enhance lead quality

Growth Marketing

  • Support lead quali fi cation and outbound prospecting e ff orts
  • Champion cross-team collaboration to uncover and launch growth initiatives

Marketing Operations

  • Own all campaign-related operational tasks and processes
  • Partner with sales leadership to drive seamless funnel conversion
Data & Analytics
  • Report on campaign performance and key marketing KPIs to the VP of Marketing
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate and timely performance insights
  • Ensure robust data hygiene and synchronisation across platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn)
  • Dive into performance analytics to uncover trends and optimise conversion strategies

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in fi nancial services or related sectors
  • Track record of building and scaling B2B marketing campaigns
  • Skilled relationship builder across multidisciplinary teams
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Strong analytical acumen with a results-driven mindset
  • Degree in marketing or a related fi eld
