The role is full-time in our office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent education)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing tools)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights)
• Please note that this role requires comfort with content creation and collaborating with designers

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials such as social media graphics, presentations, and sales collateral that align with our brand
• Collaborate on content creation for email campaigns, website updates, and social media, including copywriting and use of visual assets
• Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and target audiences to support marketing strategies
• Help with tasks such as award submissions, maintaining marketing calendars, direct mail, and other initiatives
• Provide creative input on marketing campaigns and assist in brainstorming sessions
• Act as liaison with any active vendors
