Role: Marketing Assistant

Location: Dublin South

Salary: €30-32k

We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant for one of our clients in Dublin 12. Will assist the marketing manager with website management, content creation, social media activity, email marketing, and marketing campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company website using WordPress.
• Create, edit, and publish website content, including pages, blog posts, news articles, and landing pages.
• Ensure website content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor website performance and user experience.
• Upload and optimise images, videos, and downloadable content.
• Work with external developers where required on website improvements and functionality updates.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop engaging marketing content for websites, social media, brochures, case studies, and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a marketing, communications, or digital marketing role.
• Proven experience managing and updating websites using WordPress.
• Strong written communication and content creation skills.
• Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling.
• Good understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
