Marketing Assistant

Reports to - Marketing Manager
Based at - Brixton, London (Hybrid - 3 days a week in office)

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team, to work across our travel brands: Ski Solutions and Cycling for Softies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to excel their career in marketing. The ideal candidate has great copy writing skills, as well as impeccable attention to detail. A fantastic opportunity to work within an exciting, fast-paced travel environment, delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Role and Responsibilities

• Build, design and send newsletters and other campaign emails on Pardot
• Working with the wider marketing team to execute the Cycling for Softies organic social media strategy
• Support the Marketing Manager and Campaigns Manager to plan and deliver the annual Ski Solutions and Cycling for Softies campaign calendars
• Collaborating with the wider marketing team to maintain and develop the website, including website updates and page additions, loading new product and promoting offers
• Supporting the management of the Cycling for Softies image library, including collating imagery from destinations, building out UGC (user-generated content), as well as ensuring correct image credits, where applicable
• Supporting the management of our client reviews

Skills & Experience

• Strong copywriting skills with an ability to create engaging copy across a variety of marketing channels, both online and offline
• Working with social media platforms
• Proficiency in building and sending newsletters
• Confidence in communicating with the wider team on campaigns
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Confidence in Excel use/ working with data for reporting and analysis
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• A team player, with a hard-working and flexible approach
