The Role

You will be joining a small, energetic team where a hands on approach is essential. From day one, you will play a key role in supporting sales growth and enhancing market presence. This position is ideal for someone passionate about social media, with a flair for design and a natural ability to sell.

Reporting to the Sales & Technical Support Manager, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of existing, lapsed, and prospective customers
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and gather valuable market insight
• Act as a key link between customers and the wider sales team
• Ensure the full product range is presented to the right customers at the right time
• Support the development and expansion of market presence through marketing and telesales activity
• Promote brands to trade and commercial partners
• Help shape and enhance the company's brand image
• Develop innovative marketing content across digital platforms, including social media
• Contribute to the development of new projects and the enhancement of existing services
