The ideal candidate will have proven experience in marketing and event coordination, strong digital and organisational skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to ensure brand consistency and impact across all activities.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Coordinate and support multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely, accurate, and brand-aligned delivery across email, web, and social media platforms.
-
Assist with the creation, scheduling, and analysis of email and social media content, using marketing tools to support campaign execution and performance tracking.
-
Provide comprehensive logistical and administrative support for internal and external events, including webinars, workshops, exhibitions, and conferences.
-
Liaise with venues, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery, consistent branding, and adherence to sustainability and budget guidelines.
-
Manage event assets and collateral, including the production, storage, and delivery of marketing materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
-
Report on marketing and event performance, using insights to support continuous improvement and maintain internal booking systems.
Ideal Candidate:
-
Proven experience in coordinating marketing campaigns and supporting events, including digital and in-person formats, with strong organisational and project coordination skills.
-
Confident in handling logistical and administrative event tasks, such as delegate communication, registration, and liaising with venues and suppliers to maintain brand standards.
-
Proficient with content creation for marketing materials and digital assets, alongside strong IT skills (Microsoft Office) and familiarity with digital tools.
-
Detail-oriented self-starter, capable of managing multiple priorities independently, with awareness of budget tracking, data reporting, and performance monitoring.
-
Professional, calm, and collaborative team player, open to travel and flexible working, with desirable knowledge of the Further Education and Skills sector.
We are committed to diverse and inclusive recruitment practises that ensure equal opportunity for everyone, regardless of race, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, age or gender. We encourage applications from all backgrounds and will happily make reasonable adjustments to always ensure a fair process.
