Whereas the geographical scope of the role is European, the primary focus shall start with all countries except France & Italy, given a higher level of maturity of the Marketing & Distribution teams in these 2 countries - However, cross-European / transversal analyses performed shall be shared with France and Italy on selected topics. Below duties & responsibilities will need to be closely aligned with internal DDM/Sales/German Branch teams - including bringing full support to DDM/Sales/German Branch teams need to support Partners, while fully leveraging initiatives already in place.
The following duties will be performed under the supervision of CACI's Head of Marketing & Distribution
Market understanding- Build an in-depth understanding of the Protection / Assistance markets across all countries in which CACI operates (currently France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Germany) and potentially other EEA markets.
- Analyse and understand market trends, value propositions currently in place (products, pricing, customer journeys) and keep abreast of any changing trends. Create a reporting on market trends.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding and mapping of Partners and end-customers' expectations and competitors' reviews.
This includes but is not limited to;
- Facilitate and run workshops with Partners to fully understand and proactively anticipate their needs.
- Conduct Benchmarks, market watches, customer surveys, mystery shopping, focus groups. Create market analysis reports.
- Collaborate with European / local market research agencies and purchase of research studies on specific topics related to the company business.
- Design CACI's mid-term overarching product innovation roadmap in close collaboration with internal DDM/Sales/German Branch Teams and Partners - Incl. distinguishing between (i) core offer - CPI / Lifestyle / GAP, (ii) new eligible products - e.g. mobility and smart products, (iii) assistance add-ons in full compliance with the underwriting policy of the company.
- On a Partner-by-Partner basis and in close collaboration with DDM/Sales/German Branch teams:
- Propose offer enrichment on CACI standard CPI and GAP products / new innovative products based on market understanding - incl. end-to-end product design in close collaboration with actuarial teams (covers, exclusions, high-level pricing indications, etc.) and in compliance with our business proposition approval and review process.
- Lead Project Management on feasibility studies of proposed new products across functions - incl. legal, risk, compliance, actuarial, underwriting operations.
- Lead Project management on product documentation / marketing pitches, registration, in close co-operation with compliance teams
