Salary: £55,000 + Company Car + Bonus SchemeLocation: South West - Hybrid with regular travel to sites (Plymouth, Exeter, Redruth, Bristol, Hinkley Point and nation wide)

• Overhaul our website and CRM to drive learner and employer engagement.
• Build and nurture employer partnerships that shape our future offer.
• Be a voice for our mission, values, and impact - across the South West and beyond.

Proven leadership in marketing and/or commercial strategy.

Commercially astute - understands pricing, profitability and customer value.

Experience working with employers, stakeholders, and senior leaders.
