Marketing & BD Executive

We're working with a leading international law firm looking to recruit a Marketing & BD Executive to join their growing Disputes team.

This is a broad role with a mix of BD and marketing responsibilities, offering excellent exposure to strategic initiatives, campaigns, and high-level stakeholder engagement. The role sits within a supportive, well-structured team and is ideal for someone currently at Assistant or Junior Exec level looking to step up.

Role Highlights:

Work closely with partners and senior stakeholders across several Disputes-focused practice areas

Involved in BD planning, client targeting, market research, and campaign delivery

Opportunity to support and guide more junior team members

Collaborate with the wider central marketing team on firm-wide initiatives

Hybrid working - typically 2-3 days in the office

Candidate Profile:

Legal or professional services experience

Strong relationship-building skills and confident communication style

Proactive, organised, and collaborative

Comfortable juggling varied workstreams across BD and marketing
