Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Admin Assistant
Job Type: 6-Months Contract
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days in-office)
Requirements:
- Digital Experience: Priority on digital marketing proficiency with a quick learning curve.
- Language Skills: English required. French, German, or Italian is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor' s degree in Marketing, Finance, or Communication.
- Experience: 3-4 years, preferably in marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, web analytics.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Goal-oriented.
- Preferred: Experience with Marketing Cloud and familiarity with Salesforce.
Duties:
- Handle daily administrative tasks and support promotional events.
- Coordinate with Marketing Design and Content teams for advertising materials.
- Maintain marketing metrics and campaign results.
Note: This role is administrative-focused, not strategic.
