If you share our values and our passion to build a future that's more sustainable, resilient and inclusive, you'll find a home at Lloyd's - build a braver future with us.Do you have strong MS Dynamics experience pro-active and willing to help attitude You will support the team with assessing the capabilities of new entrants to ensure that they they meet or exceed the expected level of maturity under the Principles for doing business at Lloyd's and leading any actions required to achieve the outcomes expected under the Principles framework.Key Accountabilities: Supporting with review of internal information and liaison with Lloyd's oversight teams to confirm expected maturities under Lloyd's Principles and review contacts for each new entrant. Documenting this information in a format to be shared with new entrants. Responsible for creating Making it Happen records in Dynamics for all new entrants and ensuring that all reviewers from relevant oversight teams have access to the MIH Dynamics tool. Acting as point of contact for any queries from reviewers on use of the tool. Supporting the Senior Review Manager with monitoring to ensure that oversight teams have completed their Making it Happen Principles reviews on a timely basis Responsible for running reports from Dynamics capturing the output of the Principles reviews and post approval deliverables to be communicated to managing agents. Editing these reports to ensure a consistent format is followed - naming conventions, numbering etc. Responsible for adding post approval deliverables for each Making it Happen review to the Syndicate Tracker in Dynamics, capturing timelines for delivery and action owners Responsible for running regular reporting from the Syndicate Tracker to identify any overdue items and following up with action owners to see whether actions can be closed Supporting the review team with other tasks as required to deliver Making it Happen reviews within the required timescales - e.g. updating internal review documentation (including in Dynamics), arranging review meetings, organising review documentation etc.To deliver this role effectively you will need to be highly orgnanised (balance competing demands and plan/prioritise accordingly to ensure deadlines are met), work collaboratively, coordinate projects and understand business process and good practice principles.If you have enthusiasm, strong MS Dynamics knowledge and truly enjoy being the pivotal support to a team, then this an opportunity for you to gain some fabulous experience and broad market network for wherever your career may take you next. and inclusion are a focus for us - Lloyd's aim is to build a diverse, inclusive environment that reflects the global markets we work in.
