Market Operations Lead - Flexible Hours & Impact

City of Lincoln Council is seeking a customer-focused Market Manager to support the day-to-day running of Cornhill Market in Lincoln. You will oversee operations, ensure the site is safe and well organised, and keep records and procedures up to date.

You will work with traders, facilities teams and council colleagues to resolve issues, manage rotas and provide a professional public presence. Interviews are scheduled for Tuesday 6th October 2026.
