Market Manager

My name is Erim, and I am the founder of Erims Artistry, a plant-based culinary brand offering a vibrant range of vegan food made with organic ingredients sourced from British farmers. We are looking for team members to join our fun , happy , productive team.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Market Manager to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales and enhancing customer experience through effective communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to manage time efficiently, engage with customers, and contribute to the overall success of our market initiatives.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Effectively upsell products and services to maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing market space.
• Utilise basic maths skills to handle transactions accurately.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, or other languages, to cater to a diverse customer base.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of products as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Experience

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Basic maths proficiency for handling sales transactions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
