Market Expansion Associate Vietnamese

Please note, to be considered for this role candidate must already live in the Netherlands.
You will take full end-to-end ownership of the expansion within the Korean market. While the client provides initial leads and established accounts, your mission is to create opportunities where none exist. You will chase down deals and transform initial transactions into deep-rooted retail partnerships. The core of your value lies in arbitrage: you will operate across markets that suppliers and customers simply do not see, ultimately becoming more knowledgeable about the landscape than the players on either side of the deal.
What the Role Demands

• Full-Cycle Ownership: You find the lead, initiate contact, negotiate terms, close the deal, and manage the long-term relationship.
• Intelligence Gathering: You will thrive in a high-information environment. You need to know exactly what is moving and what is needed, often finding the best opportunities through internal collaboration.
• Relentless Outreach: You will cold-reach suppliers and retailers across multiple channels (Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Phone). You understand that "no" or silence is simply the starting point of the work.
• Velocity: In global trading, the deal goes to the fastest mover. You will be expected to move and lock in prices while others are still deliberating.

Requirements What You Bring:

• Fluency in Vietnamese and English: You must be able to negotiate at a high level in both languages.
• A "Hunter" Mindset: You are self-motivated and thrive under the pressure of the next level.
• Resilience: Objections and setbacks are your invitation to work harder
