To strengthen our presence in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced real estate agent with a solid local network and skills in tasks & responsibilities: Active acquisition and management of sales prices in your area with Raiffeisen Immo Team; Supervision and development of a team of real estate agents; Development and maintenance of quality relationships with Raiffeisen Banks respecting internal processes and quality standards. Your profile: Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in real estate, with proven results. Holder of a relevant qualification (federal real estate diploma, MAS in Real Estate Management, etc.); Experience in team management (3 to 5 people), entrepreneurial mindset, strong goal orientation, autonomy, excellent communication skills, and a structured working method; Perfect command of French (oral and written), German desired (oral and written); Proficiency in MS Office tools and a strong familiarity with digital technologies; Driving license B) and personal vehicle required.
