Maritime Training & Career Development Lead

Nakilat seeks an experienced maritime training and development leader to manage seafarers' professional development, career progression and certification compliance. This role focuses on STCW standards, cadet mentorship, and ensuring ongoing competency across the fleet.

You will coordinate with internal departments and external providers, oversee training centers, conduct vessel visits, and drive performance, promotions, and career guidance across ranks.
