Are you a distinguished Acute Care practitioner ready to apply your clinical precision within the world's most exclusive maritime environment? We are recruiting a VIP Yacht Nurse to provide dedicated, 1:1 clinical management for an 80-year-old VIP. This role offers the opportunity to deliver hospital-grade care aboard a premier superyacht while navigating the celebrated waters of the Mediterranean.
The MissionYour primary objective is the continuous health monitoring and personal care of a single VIP patient. As the vessel cruises through a curated summer itinerary-visiting elite destinations such as St. Tropez, Mykonos, Ibiza, and the Greek Islands-you will ensure that clinical standards remain impeccable, whether at anchor in Monaco or exploring the Amalfi Coast.
The Medical TeamYou will be a key component of a sophisticated, high-performance medical department:
Lead British Doctor: Providing 24/7 clinical governance and senior medical oversight.
Specialist Physiotherapists: Dedicated to the patient's physical rehabilitation and daily mobility.
Western-Trained Nursing Team: A collaborative circle of elite peers ensuring continuity of care.
To guarantee patient safety and protect staff well-being, the vessel operates a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. This structure ensures you always have a professional partner for clinical support and guarantees structured rest periods, allowing you to maintain high-performance vigilance without burnout.
Requirements Candidate RequirementsEducation: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western-standard university.
Experience: A minimum of 4+ years in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E) is mandatory.
Language: Native-level or C1 English proficiency.
Profile: Absolute discretion, professional adaptability, and a demeanor suited to the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) private sector.
Remuneration: £60,000 per annum (100% Tax-Free).
Accommodation: Premium en-suite quarters (high-specification staff suite).
Expenses: All international travel, high-quality meals, laundry, and uniforms are fully covered.
Leave: 30 days of annual leave.
