Marine Surveyor

Evdemon & Partners, a global marine technical consultancy firm, is seeking a qualified Marine Surveyor for Gibraltar / Algeciras region. The company works on behalf of major insurance companies and has a strong international presence with offices worldwide. This role involves conducting casualty surveys, assessing vessel conditions, and reporting findings to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting Hull and Machinery and P&I Condition Surveys
• Assessing damage, handling claims, and providing technical reports
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborating with Principals, Owners, Brokers, Contractors
• Domestic and international travel is required on a case-by-case basis

Qualifications:

• Graduate from Technical University or Mariner (Capt or Engineer)
• Previous experience in the shipping industry (Experience in marine surveying preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of international maritime standards
• Excellent communication in English
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Driver's license
