Marine Fuels and Lubricant Trader Trainee

Based out of Valencia (Spain) we are looking for a Marine Fuels and Lubricant Trader Trainee.

Stem Fuels is a trading and distribution house dedicated to supply ship owners with marine fuels and lubricants. Our customers is our first priority and our team strive to be available for them anytime needed.

As a Trader Trainee in our company, it's important that you find our industry interesting and that you are willing to learn and be committed to the work. We will make sure to take you through a carefully planned program so you over time will learn all parts of our marine fuels and lubricant trading and distribution business.

Your responsibilities:

Develop new business and find prospects within marine fuels and lubricants.

On daily basis be in touch with prospects and suppliers.

Prepare quotations and any other relevant documents which might be needed (Compliance, Credit etc).

Be a part of working with local suppliers, handling operations and closely coordinate supplies with various stakeholders.

Look for new suppliers, enhancing our supply network.

Requirements:

You are looking to pursue a career within Trading and Distribution.

You are a very social profile, enjoy speaking and communicate with suppliers, customers and various stakeholders worldwide. You connect easily with people.

You are absolutely fluent in English and Spanish.

You hold good analytical skills and enjoy to negotiate and speak with suppliers.

You enjoy and are able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and dedicated to being there for the team and our customers, even outside normal working hours.

Detail-oriented and disciplined within the commercial area.

Able to work between 11:30 AM to 19:30 PM LT Spain.
