Manufacturing Transformation Leader - Multi-Site

Anglian Home Improvements seeks an exceptional Director of Manufacturing to lead strategy, performance and transformation of our manufacturing function across multiple sites in the UK. You will report to the COO and drive operational excellence to support growth and sustainability.

You will own manufacturing performance across safety, quality, productivity, cost and delivery, building capability, culture and systems to deliver world-class results. Strong leadership and union experience required.
