Manufacturing Technician - Tools, Setup & Quality

Hales Group Ltd in Beccles is seeking a Technician to join a busy manufacturing site. You will support the running of machinery, carry out tool changes, machine set-ups and quality checks to ensure production runs safely and efficiently.

The role is a Full Time, Permanent position with 3-week rotating shifts (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00). A technical background and commitment to quality are essential for long-term career progression.
