Manufacturing Team Lead - KPI Focus, 15-20-Person Team

Morson Human Resources Limited in Portsmouth is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead to manage a 15-20 person production team and drive performance on a busy shop floor.

You will coach and develop skills, monitor KPI attainment, and work to meet company goals, with a salary up to £44,000 per annum DOE; security clearance will be required.
